>Earle Hall

Dear Valued Customers:

It is with great sadness that I inform you of my father Earle’s passing (July 6, 2007). As you may know, he had battled illness for many years, and as you would expect, he fought until the end – working for as long as he had the strength to pick up a phone or log online. In his final months, my father had the opportunity to be clear about his wishes for HESCO, and his strong desire for me to continue the business – and to continue to serve you.

My grandfather founded HESCO in 1941. My father grew the company from a local establishment to a nationally recognized corporation – one built by hard work and solid ethics. He taught me, as I worked through high school and college, how to run our family’s business: how to put customers first, how to deliver what our competitors lacked, and how to honor our promises.

I have managed HESCO for more than 15 years; I hope that I and HESCO’s staff have served you well. As I step into the role and responsibility of CEO, I do so equipped with my father’s vision, innovation and determination.

So many of our customers – our friends – have expressed their sympathy for my father’s loss and have shared many remembrances about their relationship with my father. I cannot tell you how much this has meant to me, to my mother, my sister, my wife – and my boys – and how we have taken comfort to see firsthand, how highly he was regarded. I can only strive to earn such well-deserved respect.

I look forward to our continued relationship.

Sincerely,

Kevin E. Hall
